- The PC cannot read Amiga format and I don't believe the Mac can either.
- All three machines, however, can read MSDOS formatted disks. I'm not
- sure how to do it on the Mac (is it included in the OS?) but with the
- Amiga, you should get CrossDos. It is a commercial package but is
- included with Workbench 2.1 and greater. If you are not using Workbench
- 2.1, let me tell you that it is definitely worth upgrading (or even to
- 3.1).
-
- I believe there is also a shareware program on Aminet that lets the Amiga
- read/write PC disks. I think it's called MessyDOS but I'm really not
- familiar with it.
-
- Of course, there is one minor inconvenience in using PC disks with the
- Amiga; you can only use 720K MSDOS disks if your Amiga doesn't have a
- high density floppy (ie: it is an 880K).
-
- Hope this helps. If you have any further questions or need help locating
- anything, please ask!
